On February 4th, individuals and organizations around the world will unite for World Cancer Day, a global initiative to “debunk” the common myths associated with cancer. On this day, people everywhere will rally in support of cancer awareness, prevention and education – in fact, many conversations have already begun.
What we CAN do is support the research needed to improve the odds for those children diagnosed, to more effectively battle the disease and reduce the chances of devastating long-term effects caused by current treatments.
How Can You Help?
This week, join us in busting the myths of childhood cancers. We will be sharing myths, facts and personal stories. Go social and spread the word using our hashtag #KidsCancerMyths and the hashtag #WorldCancerDay.
Help inspire others to join the fight, and do what you can to raise funds for critically needed pediatric cancer research. Together we CAN make a difference.
